With a signed Site License for the Archivision Digital Research Library, you will have the option to either 1) load our metadata & images into the software of your choice and host the Library on your own server or 2) gain immediate access to it via the internet for your entire student population through payment of our annual Server Access Fees – and then DO NOTHING ON YOUR END.

Base Collection fees (yearly access fees to 16,000 18 MB files and their derivatives) and Addition Module fees (6,000 files each)
All annual fees are based on your anticipated download (bandwidth) as per the number of students in your institution. There is an initial set-up fee of $350 per institution. All fees are subject to revision upon 30 day notice before your next renewal date unless you pay in advance for 2 or 3 years of access.
About Addition Module fees:
These fees are in addition to the Base Collection fees and are paid at the time you license your first addition module and each subsequent module of 6,000 images from Archivision. The addition module fees increase at the same rate as you license more addition modules (e.g. if you license two addition modules the additional fee is your fee rate x 2, per year, etc.). You may license addition modules in sequence only.
Take the Library back at any time:
You may elect to take the Photo Library back and host on your server AT ANY TIME – however, annual fees paid may not be reimbursed. You may take the collection back in Luna, MDID or EmbARK.
Transfer of the Library to your server:
Should you wish to transfer the Archivision Digital Photo Library (including any addition modules you have licensed) to your server we will send you all the derivative files you need for MDID. If you have an Luna license, Luna Imaging can transfer the images and their derivatives from the Luna server to your server for the fee of $3,000 for the Base Collection and $1,500 for each addition module. Please contact Luna for a quote.
NOTE: All server access fees will be quoted and billed by Archivision in US dollars and will renew automatically with payment of annual fees billed 60 days in advance of the renewal date. Appendix D will be added to your Archivision Site License Agreement before access is granted. If you already have a license to Luna you will have access to additional features with the Luna hosted option. For complete information please download and read Appendix D.

The Archivision Digital Library is hosted by Luna Imaging on its servers. Access to images and extensive metadata is provided to registered users at any location (password and ID authenticated) through Luna's acclaimed Browser or Java Client.
